the truth comes out: the world was in her hands....

Mark Halperin describes the first time he noticed the beginning Biden’s cognitive decline back in 2017 and Joe Scarborough tells Mark when he realized that the Biden family’s tragic events were starting to take a toll. They also debate whether his public missteps prior to the 2020 election and after he assumed office, were signs of decline or just Biden’s classic gaffes.

From October 2, 1919 and for some weeks afterwards, First Lady Edith Wilson (October 15, 1872 — December 28, 1961) unofficially ran the U.S. government following her husband’s (then President Woodrow Wilson’s) life-changing stroke.

Digging Deeper

In the aftermath of America’s participation in what was then the world’s worst war (World War I) and his diplomatic wrangling at the Paris Peace Conference that followed the war’s conclusion in 1919, a worn-out President Wilson returned to America only to experience a series of medical crises.  First, he endured a bout of influenza early in the year.  Second, on September 25th, he actually collapsed on a public speaking tour while trying to garner support for his proposed League of Nations.  The worst incident, however, occurred on October 2, 1919.

On that date, Wilson suffered a stroke of such intensity that it incapacitated him, having permanently paralyzed the left side of his body and even blinding his left eye.  While he was bedridden for the next two months, only his wife, physicians, and a few other close associates saw him.

In the meantime, the First Lady in effect took over many of the president’s responsibilities, including reviewing various important matters of state.  Even after the president was released from his sick bed, he still spent the remainder of the year in a wheelchair.  As 1920 came about, his mental health had clearly deteriorated as his mind wandered and he exhibited a diminished memory.  Thus, the First Lady continued to play a pivotal role as a sort of unofficial “acting president”.  As the First Lady put it, she had taken on a “stewardship” to care for the largely incapacitated president and keep the American government running as smoothly as possible.  The situation was so unique in American history and the president’s condition so tragic, that the extent of what the ailing president endured was kept secret from the American public until his death a couple of years after his term ended.

Who was running the autopen that ran the White House?      By Noel S. Williams

Obviously, Biden wasn’t in charge of his own faculties, let alone the White House.  Clearly, the autopen was very busy, especially in those last-minute pardons.  The pen may have simplistic robotic features, but it doesn’t have a mind of its own like this scary tin man, that was even more animated than the “Terminator.”

Nope, the presidential autopen requires human supervision; it needs human hands to position it and start it.  They can weigh many pounds, and have a large surface area.  Here’s the one used by Obummer.  There’s a lot of space for potential fingerprints on that thing.

President Trump loves America; he loves his job.  He is hard working and vastly more conscientious than Biden.  If an Executive Order or pardon is worth signing, he does it himself, even while indulging questions from the annoying press in marathon sessions that would tire juniors.

In other words, if Biden’s autopen is around, it likely has untainted fingerprints from his leftist aiders and abettors (body snatchers?).  I doubt chain-of-custody would be jeopardized for the pen that ran the White House.  It’s unlikely theywould turn it over willy-nilly to the movers to put next to classified documents in his garage.  It is probably squirreled away for “safekeeping.”  So, presuming it hasn’t been bleached, it may well have fingerprints on it.

The question is being repeated almost ad-infinitum:  Who was running the White House while sleepy Joe slept upstairs?  It’s an important question that deserves the attention of top forensic experts who can pull fingerprints from the plastics, Plexiglas, and any metal casing surrounding the autopen.  At a minimum, they should be able to determine if fingerprints have been scrubbed.  That, in itself, may be useful information — presuming we needed even more evidence of a cover up.

If fingerprints are recovered, and matched with White House staffers or imposters, they can be given a darn good interrogation. Hopefully, investigators and interrogators will be more diligent than those then-Secret Service defeatists who prematurely concluded the White House cocaine investigation in 2023.

Inspecting the physical state of the autopen should be one investigative avenue in answering one of the ineluctable questions in the biggest political scandal in recent American history:  Who the unelected heck dared to flout our sacred Constitution by imposing their radical leftist agenda on America as the figurehead president vacationed and slept?

====================

On Sunday, Donald Trump declared via social media that some of Joe Biden’s presidential pardons, including those for members of the January 6 Committee, Dr. Anthony Fauci, and members of Biden’s family beyond his son Hunter, were void because they were signed by an autopen device. Trump’s statement has made people curious about the technology and his own use of it.

Autopens are nothing new in the White House. The first president to use the technology was reportedly Harry Truman. Gerald Ford and George W. Bush were also users. Despite this, Trump posted on Truth Social and spoke to the media on Air Force One Sunday, stirring up controversy.

“The ‘Pardons’ that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT, because of the fact that they were done by Autopen,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “In other words, Joe Biden did not sign them but, more importantly, he did not know anything about them!”

The accusation about the legitimacy of the autopen seemingly came from the Oversight Project, a self-described investigative arm of the Heritage Foundation, the organization behind Project 2025. Last week, the group questioned the legitimacy of the pardons and Biden’s executive orders, citing autopen usage.

The autopen has long been an open secret in Washington, but Trump’s focus on it and the possibility that he will try to challenge the legitimacy of pardons by his predecessor have raised some questions.

WHAT IS AN AUTOPEN?

An autopen is a robotic device used to duplicate signatures, using an actual pen rather than a scanned version of someone’s signature. It’s a slightly different process than an electronic signature, which is just a digital photo of a real signature. Documents signed with autopens use a robotic arm with a pen attached, mimicking the penstrokes of the signee.

While Truman was the first to use it, it’s a tool that has been commonly used by presidents since at least the Kennedy administration. Lyndon Johnson allowed the device to be photographed in the White House, which resulted in a National Enquirer story titled, “The Robot That Sits in for the President.”

More recently, it was the subject of controversy when President Barack Obama authorized an aide to use it in 2011 on his behalf to extend the Patriot Act.

ARE AUTOPEN SIGNATURES LEGAL?

In 2005, the Justice Department was asked to weigh in on the legality of the autopen. In a memorandum, legal officials gave it their blessing, writing, “The President need not personally perform the physical act of affixing his signature to a bill he approves and decides to sign in order for the bill to become law. Rather, the President may sign a bill within the meaning of Article 1, Section 7, by directing a subordinate to affix the President’s signature to such a bill, for example by autopen.”

HAS TRUMP USED AN AUTOPEN?

The New York Post quotes Trump Staff Secretary William Scharf as saying Trump does not use the autopen on documents that exercise the power of the presidency. However, he noted, it has been used on a single document that requires multiple presidential signatures.

decisions....

Biden’s Cancer Diagnosis Raises Serious Questions About Who Made These 5 Decisions

BY: BRIANNA LYMAN

On Sunday it was revealed to the public that President Joe Biden had been diagnosed with a “more aggressive form” of prostate cancer that has metastasized to the bone. Dr. Zeke Emanuel said Monday on MSNBC that it’s more likely Biden “had it while he was president.” That means that on top of the obvious cognitive impairment, Biden may have also been suffering from an aggressive cancer, further calling into question who was actually making key decisions during his administration.

Here are five of the most consequential decisions of the Biden presidency that, in light of this diagnosis, have many Americans asking whether Biden was truly the one behind them.

Appointment of Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson

Biden nominated Ketanji Brown Jackson to fill the Supreme Court seat left vacant after Justice Stephen Breyer stepped down in 2022. Prior to taking office, Biden made nominating a black woman to the Supreme Court a top priority, as pointed out by The Federalist’s Jordan Boyd. Jackson had notable shortcomings — including the inability to define what a woman is because she is “not a biologist.”

Pardons And Commutations, Oh My!

Biden gave preemptive pardons to former Rep. Liz Cheney, Dr. Anthony Fauci, Gen. Mark Milley, Adam Schiff and others who sat on the Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol as well as to the “police officers from the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department or the U.S. Capitol Police who testified before” the committee, according to The Lawfare Institute.

Biden also issued pardons to his brother, James Biden, James’ wife Sara, his other brother Francis T. Biden, and his sister Valerie T. Owens along with her husband John T. Owens.

As noted by The Federalist’s Beth Brelje, “To be pardoned for a crime, there must be a crime. None of the people on this list have been charged for the awful ways they harmed people in their official capacities.”

Biden also announced in December that he was granting 39 pardons and 1,499 commutations in what his administration described as the “largest single-day grant of clemency in modern history.”

Weeks before that set of pardons and commutations, Biden quietly commuted the sentences of two Chinese spies. In one case, Yanjun Xu was convicted in 2022 for “conspiracy to commit economic espionage; conspiracy to commit trade secret theft; attempted economic espionage by theft or fraud; attempted theft of trade secrets by taking or deception.”

But Biden’s commutation said “it is in the national interest that the term of imprisonment related to the aforesaid conviction not be served in its entirety.”

 The Deadly Afghanistan Withdrawal

On August 26,2021, thirteen U.S. service members were killed during what has now become known as the botched Afghanistan withdrawal. The same withdrawal also left thousands of Americans, U.S. allies and their families stranded. A report from the State Department later confirmed that Biden’s execution of the withdrawal “posed significant challenges for the Department.”

Biden rushed the withdrawal which “compounded the difficulties the Department faced in mitigating the loss of the military’s key enablers,” the report found. Biden’s lack of planning “had serious consequences for the viability of the Afghan government and its security.”

Notably, Biden also left billions of dollars of U.S. military equipment behind for U.S. enemies to use while allowing hundreds of Afghans on the Pentagon’s watchlist to enter the U.S. without proper vetting

Open Borders

Biden allowed millions of illegal aliens to flood the country — and made it easier for them to do so. As explained by Tristan Justice in these pages, Biden stopped construction of the border wall, “expanded the ‘illegal’ Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program,” reversed “Trump-era executive orders that enforced immigration law,” issued a deportation moratorium, lost track of thousands of children illegally in the country, resurrected an Obama-era parole program for illegals and more.

Despite the urgent need for border security, Biden falsely claimed he lacked the authority to secure the border and said he had “done all I can do.”

As The Federalist’s John Daniel Davidson pointed out, “A secure border was always within reach” during the Biden years but “Biden and the Democrats sold out their fellow Americans, threw open the borders, and then pretended they had no choice in the matter.”

COVID

Biden issued an announcement about a purported vaccine mandate for private companies employing 100 people or more just months after taking office. Biden also, as reported by Boyd, encouraged businesses “to adopt vaccine mandated and plotted a vaccine passport program that would deny Americans work or access to society based on their Covid-19 vaccination status.” The Biden administration also required all federal employees and contractors to get the vaccine or lose their jobs.

a fake presidency....

The "Autopen Presidency" likely had a shadow cabinet. And one Clinton loyalist possibly sat at its core.

While DC whispered about Jill Biden or Jeff Zients pulling Biden’s strings, one name kept resurfacing in the shadows. Hillary’s longtime fixer. Obama’s policy architect. Biden’s de facto gatekeeper. Wall Street analyst Charles Ortel drops a bombshell.

The name is Neera Tanden - Biden's former staff secretary and Domestic Policy Council director.

"Tanden is a long and close associate of Hillary Clinton and John Podesta, ex-chair of Hillary's 2016 campaign," Ortel tells Sputnik. "She worked closely with Podesta at the Center for American Progress (CAP)and served in the Obama and Biden administrations."

She entered the Clintons' orbit in 1996, working for Bill and then closely with Hillary.

Hillary's Loyal Soldier: A 2016 WikiLeaks email reveals her unwavering allegiance: “I would do whatever Hillary needs. Always. I owe her a lot. And I’m a loyal soldier.”

Clinton's Proxy in Obama Cabinet? After Hillary lost the 2008 nomination to Barack Obama, Tanden joined his campaign as director of domestic policy. Unlike others chasing political futures, she stayed loyal – doing exactly what Hillary advised, reports said.

CAP Shaping US Politics: After leaving the Obama administration in 2011, Tanden led liberal think tank Center for American Progress (CAP), founded by fellow Clinton loyalist John Podesta. She later said Obama had implemented "most of what [CAP] asked" on immigration and domestic policy.

Trashing Bernie: As an informal adviser to Hillary’s 2016 campaign, Tanden reportedly worked behind the scenes to undermine Bernie Sanders’ candidacy. Progressives later pushed back when Biden nominated her to lead the Office of Management and Budget – a job she failed to land.

'Proxy Warrior': In 2021, Tanden became Biden's staff secretary, a role dubbed “the central nervous system of the White House.” She controlled the flow of information reaching the president and, in 2023, was picked to lead the Domestic Policy Council.

She Didn't Act Alone: Tanden wasn’t the only one shaping US policy behind an ailing Biden, says Ortel. He points to Susan Rice, Jeff Zients, Ron Klain, Bob Bauer and Anita Dunn – arguing it was the Clintons and Obamas who pulled Biden’s strings via their proxies.
