What’s the scam with Penny Wong’s so-called “transparent” Binskin Inquiry into the Zomi Frankcom World Central Kitchen aid worker’s killings in Gaza? Stuart McCarthy reports.

Scams don’t get much more blatant than a government appointing an international arms dealer to “investigate” an apparent war crime involving his own weapon systems, against a humanitarian aid agency, in the name of “full transparency”. 

Yet here we are, and the race is on. Israel and Australia’s race to transparency in responding to last week’s deadly attack on a World Central Kitchen aid convoy in Gaza is on par with the famous “battle in the rain” between Alain Prost and Ayrton Senna at the 1984 Monaco Grand Prix.

Four days after the Israel Defence Force killed Zomi Frankcom and her six WCK colleagues two weeks ago in a series of precision missile strikes on a convoy deconflicted with the IDF, Israeli authorities took out the trash with their ‘Fact Finding and Assessment Mechanism’ report. The report found there was:

“A grave mistake stemming from a serious failure due to mistaken identification, errors in decision making and an attack contrary to the Standard Operating Procedures.”

This mistake was so grave, it led to two dismissals and three reprimands. Among those dismissed was Colonel Nochi Mandel, chief of staff of the Nahal Infantry Brigade. Mandel is a West Bank settler who in January signed an open letter to Israel’s War Cabinet calling for a blockade of humanitarian supplies into Gaza. The FFAM report was authored by IDF reserve Major General Yoav Har-Even, former president and CEO of Rafael Advanced Defence Systems Ltd, manufacturer of the ‘Spike’ precision guided missiles most likely used in the killings.

 

Har-Even is no stranger to the Australian Government. In 2018 he was a guest of then Defence Industry Minister Christopher Pyne at Parliament House, where he signed a joint venture agreement with Varley Group Australia. Pyne heralded this as “another success story for Australian industry. In August last year, Defence Minister Richard Marles signed a contract with Varley-Rafael worth more than $50 million, to deliver the first Spike missile to Australia including options for domestic manufacturing.

So “unsatisfied” was the Albanese Government with Har-Even’s FFAM report, last Monday they appointed former Australian defence chief and BAE Systems Australia non-executive director Mark Binskin as Special Advisor to “scrutinise” the report by his arms industry colleague. 

BAE is a major weapons supplier to Israel. Binskin has some other interesting credentials. While serving as Australia’s vice defence chief, he was responsible for the Keystone Cops whose incompetence was instrumental in Australia’s bungled response to its own alleged war crimes in Afghanistan. When subsequently promoted to defence chief, he likely directed charges be laid against whistleblower David McBride. 

So committed is the Albanese Government in getting to the bottom of these killings, Foreign Minister Penny Wong told Sky News’ Laura Jayes that – even a week after the announcement – no agreement was reached between the two governments on Binskin’s role. And so committed is our government to “full transparency”, Defence has refused to publicly release the defence industry cooperation agreement between Israel and Australia because doing so “could harm Australia’s international standing and reputation.”

Israel has just launched a brutal attack on Rafah. “Beyond shame, beyond crime…”

Endless brutality and atrocity.

Horrible indiscriminate bombing of Rafah, the southernmost town of Gaza.

We know that Netanyahu does not move a finger without Washington's agreement.

This was clearly proven by the benign counterattack against Iran – to “retaliate” for Iran’s April 14 “checkmate” (Scott Ritter) retaliatory attack on Israel. In retaliation for Israel's bombing of the Iranian consulate in Damascus on April 1 and the killing of seven Iranians, including two army officers.

President Biden asked Netanyahu not to risk full-scale war and to be flexible in his retaliation.

By contrast, Biden had to give Netanyahu the green light to remove Rafah, where more than a million Palestinians are currently stranded – bombed from the north of Gaza all the way to the southern end, Rafah, with the gate locked to the Egypt.

Watch this 12 second video. It shows the horror these people must go through. It is not known how many people will be killed. This is the extermination of an entire people – mandated by the Zionists in charge of the United States and all the puppets in Europe.

This crime inflicted by the Zionist State of Israel, approved by Washington and its vassals in Brussels, must be brought to justice. This, along with more than 75 years of “ethnic cleansing,” indiscriminate and unpunished killing of Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank.

The open-air prison that Zionist Israel created in Gaza in 2008, closing all borders and militarily occupying the narrow strip of land which then had 2,3 million inhabitants – without access to the media, without access to witnesses -, the murders, the tortures, the indescribable atrocities committed, a hidden holocaust, of which occasional evidence could be disclosed.

Then the October 7, 2023 Hamas assault on Israel, well planned – at least three years in advance – and organized by the secret services of the Zionist state of Israel, the United States and the United Kingdom. The attack is now blamed on Hamas. Let us be clear: Hamas is a creation, including its financing, of the State of Israel.

The objective is, on the one hand, to constitute a "terrorist" counterweight (Israel and the West) to the legitimate Palestinian Authority and, on the other hand, to have at all times a legitimate cause for a " false flag” – exactly as the world witnessed on October 7.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said that in the first hours of the Hamas attack, 1200 Israelis were killed and more than 200 taken hostage. None of these claims are proven. Yet it is repeated ad nauseam, even by non-mainstream media, as if it were the truth.

Israeli witnesses said the IDF shot and killed young Israelis attending the Supernova music festival in the Negev desert, about three miles from the Gaza border, on October 7. Hamas was accused of murdering innocent partygoers.

This “final” assault on Rafah had been announced for weeks by Netanyahu – but it had to await approval from the Zionists who are in charge in Washington.

What will happen to the survivors? Will Israel eventually open the door to the Sinai desert, where Egypt, in collusion with Netanyahu and perhaps co-paid by Israel, has already built tent cities to accommodate at least some of the Palestinian refugees? , who will never return to their native land? How long and how many people will survive, without adequate food and water, without sanitation, without health services?

This seems like the last straw of a well-planned extermination of the Palestinian people, to illegally appropriate their lands and the enormous gas resources off the coast of Gaza, conservatively estimated more than a year ago. from 20 years to a trillion cubic feet. A discounted valuation could be exponentially higher. But under these conditions, no one talks or writes about it.

The illegal creation of Israel dates back at least to the Balfour Declaration of 1917, during World War I. At the time, Palestine was part of the Ottoman Empire and had a small Jewish population living peacefully with the Palestinian majority.

The Balfour Declaration is contained in a letter dated November 2, 1917, from the Foreign Secretary of the United Kingdom, Arthur Balfour, to Lord Rothschild, leader of the British Jewish community, for transmission to the Zionist Federation of Great Britain and Ireland (Wikipedia).

This declaration enabled the British government to propose to the United Nations, in 1948, the creation of the State of Israel on the territory of Palestine. This proposal was illegal because the territories occupied by the Ottomans became free sovereign nations after World War I, including Palestine. The mandate given in 1948 to the young United Nations, with only 52 members, was illegal. See "Israel is an illegal state". How much longer will the world witness – or worse encourage – this horror show? Make no mistake, this is not the people of the world, but the so-called leaders (sic) of the Western world, most of whom were never democratically elected, but were put in their positions thanks to the legislative trickery of a selection from the Academy of Young Global Leaders (YGL) of the World Economic Forum (WEF).

More than once, Klaus Schwab, the president [CEO] of the WEF, boasted that he was proud to have been able to infiltrate YGLs [Young Leaders] into governments around the world. These so-called Western leaders appear to be non-humans, raised by the non-human WEF which is backed and financed by Big Capital, including BlackRock/Vanguard, as well as an intermingled crop of high-level Wall Street financiers .

How long will the West, especially the European people, put up with such unelected tyrants, like EU President-appointed von der Leyen, and WEF-appointed puppets, like Emmanuel Macron, Olaf Scholz and Rishi Sunak?

The Rafah assault could be another nail in the coffin of Zionist Israel, from which a free Palestine could emerge. May the Palestinians return to their old and new sovereign Palestinian homeland.
