We have passed the whimsical age

Without a whimper of critical blue rage

Way gone the satirical era of permanent uproar

To contemplate once more the deadly idea that war

Was a dangerous step to turn the page

I was looking at the screen of my radar machine 

On the SSS Ford aircraft carrier for death-polished sheen

It went blank and dark then was messaged with a warning

“YOUR TITANIUM, POLONIUM, TANTALLUM, BIZOTHIUM 

ARE BEING DESTROYED BY A VIRULENT ZYTHIUM

OTHERWISE KNOWN AS A PEACE PARASITIUM

PREPARE YOUR UNDERPANTIUM FOR SOME CRAPPIUM…”

At first, I thought the IT department was taking the pissium

The Mickey, the joke, the woke, the poke, the moke, the quip

But I discovered too soon that every screen on this damned ship

From top to bottom, crew quarters, galleys, including the bilge

Computed the same message perplexing those on the bridge

Where the helm was at a loss about the odds

Of the rudder and props all gone to ye gods

The message was scrolling and COMMANDS WERE MADE…

As if Moses came down the mountain with marmalade

ONE — there is nothing you can do to stop the DAMAGIUM

TWO — your weapons and targeting systems are DEADUM

THREE — the ship is going to slowly list to port by 25 degrees

FOUR — you have five minutes to do your one and two bizes

FIVE — we will make sure the ship is going back to bases

SIX — at five knots for an hour, then ten knots in your faces

SEVEN — ALL THE US SHIPS AND SUBMARINES ARE INFECTED

EIGHT — ALL electricals and electronicals will be AFFECTED

NINE — PRAY to godium

TEN — ENJOY THE RIDIUM 

We of course blamed the Ruskies for this….
