One year ago, I joined the states of Missouri and Louisiana and several other co-plaintiffs to file a suit in federal court challenging what journalist Michael Shellenberger has called the censorship-industrial complex. While much of the press cooperated with the state’s censorship efforts and has ignored our court battle, we expect that it will ultimately go to the Supreme Court, setting up Missouri v. Biden to be the most important free speech case of our generation—and arguably, of the past 50 years.

The Department of Homeland Security’s controversial social media censorship effort during the 2020 election was propped up by a partisan billionaire. 

Newly obtained documents, acquired through a public records request, confirm that Pierre Omidyar, the billionaire founder of eBay, financed a specialized portal maintained by the Center for Internet Security (CIS). This portal was used to facilitate the swift removal of predominantly conservative messages on Twitter and Facebook during the previous presidential election.

The federal indictment against former US President Donald Trump was unsealed earlier Friday and revealed he was being charged with 37 felony counts, 31 of which were for violating the Espionage Act through his "willful retention" of classified records. The remaining offenses were for false statements and obstruction of justice.

The latest indictment filed against former US President Donald Trump highlights how much Democrats are uninterested in holding a "fair election" ahead of the 2024 presidential cycle, Ethan Ralph, a conservative political commentator and host of the Killstream, told Sputnik.

Ralph noted that the "majority of the Republican Party believes Trump won the 2020 election," but that "the Democrats don't seem to be interested in a fair election."

The CIA notified its Belgian equivalent, the ADIV, about Ukraine’s possible involvement in the sabotage of the Nord Stream gas pipelines shortly before the incident occurred last September, well-informed sources have told the newspaper De Tijd.

The data on the undersea explosions, which crippled a key component of Europe’s energy infrastructure, was provided on a strictly confidential basis by US foreign intelligence, the Belgian outlet wrote in its report on Saturday.

The people who spoke to the paper noted that the CIA did not reveal where it obtained the information pointing to Kiev’s responsibility, citing the need to protect their sources.

The United States’ Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) was accused of turning ‘woke’ after it published a celebration of what it referred to as the agency’s “rich history” of supporting LGBTQ issues, in a social media post on Thursday.

Even though it’s already being memory-holed, the treatment of the unvaccinated for the past 2+ years has been nothing short of scandalous. Denied access to transportation, dining and recreation, dismissed from work and scapegoated for the continued pandemic, the unvaccinated have suffered immeasurably.
