Lock Downtime

"I need to go away and trim

my growing COVID belly

I'm heading down to Melbourne

to get some Lock Down Time

I'm not some privileged Well-Born

and a Holiday would be Crime

I'll share the load of sadness

and help the folks get through

We'll laugh in the face of madness

Our bonding will be true

And people will remember me

and later that will pay

a better value than to be
