trump reaches the lunatic bottom of absurdity at circus USA to become a danger to the world...

Russian President Vladimir Putin made an important statement after the meeting with members of Russia's Security Council. The meeting was dedicated to USA's recent missile tests.

"On August 18, the United States conducted the test launch of a ground-based cruise missile, which, according to the US Defense Department, struck a target at a distance of over 500 kilometers.

"Such weapons are classified as prohibited under the Treaty on the Elimination of Intermediate-Range and Short-Range Missiles from 1987. In addition, the use of the MK-41 universal launcher during the test fully confirms the validity of the claims that the Russian side had expressed to the United States during the period when the treaty was valid.

"We have repeatedly pointed out that the deployment of such launchers on land by the Americans, on the air defense base in Romania, and their imminent deployment in Poland comes as a direct and substantial, flagrant violation of the INF Treaty.

"The Americans have stubbornly rejected this, claiming that ground-based MK-41 launchers were allegedly unable to launch Tomahawk sea-based cruise missiles. Now the fact of their violation is evident, it is impossible to dispute it - they spoke about it themselves.

"And of course, a question arises: how do we now understand what is going to be deployed in Romania and in Poland? Is it going to be missile defense systems or missile attack systems of sufficiently long range?

"It is noteworthy that the tests of the missile with characteristics prohibited under the Treaty took place only 16 days after Washington completed the denunciation of the said Treaty. It is obvious that it was not improvisation - it became another link in a chain of events that had been planned [a] long time in advance.

"This can only confirm the validity of our concerns that we have previously expressed. We had the information that the United States had long been engaged in the creation of weapons prohibited by the INF Treaty, and we had repeatedly pointed this out to our partners.

"But in order to rectify this unacceptable situation and return to the observation of the Treaty, the Americans orchestrated a propaganda campaign about Russia's alleged non-compliance with the provisions of the said Treaty. As it is now obvious to everyone, its only purpose was to cover up both the work that Washington was carrying out in violation of the Treaty and the initial intention to pull out from it.

"All this leaves no doubt about the true plans of the United States. Having disposed of the established restrictions, they wanted to have a free hand to deploy previously prohibited missiles in various regions of the world. American politicians of a very high rank say that the deployment of new systems can be started from the Asia-Pacific region, but this also affects our fundamental interests, because all this is close to Russian borders.

"As you know, we never wanted, do not want and will not get involved in the costly arms race that will be destructive for our economy. Let me remind you that Russia takes a rather modest, seventh place in the world in terms of defense spending after the United States of America, the People's Republic of China, Saudi Arabia, Great Britain, France and Japan.

"Our development of state-of-the-art and second-to-none arms systems was caused and, one may say,  provoked by USA's unilateral withdrawal from the Treaty on the Limitation of Missile Defense Systems in 2003. We were simply forced and were obliged, of course, to ensure the security of our people and our country. We do it now and will certainly do it in the future.

"At the same time, bearing in mind the newly emerging circumstances, I instruct the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, and other relevant departments to analyze the level of threat posed by the aforementioned actions of the United States to our country and take comprehensive measures to prepare a symmetrical response.

"Russia will remain open to an equal and constructive dialogue with the United States of America to restore confidence and strengthen international security."

trump has no bottom and australia is weak as piss...

With Trump there is no bottom and it looks like Australia will follow him all the way down

Very deep is the well of the past. Should we not call it bottomless?” So begins the prelude of Thomas Mann’s “Joseph and his Brothers”, a set of four novels that details the life of Jacob and his son Joseph described in the Book of Genesis. The prelude is pointedly titled “Descent into Hell”.

I have recently started reading the 1,400-page work and the first lines remind me how over the past four years since Donald Trump announced his candidacy for president of the United States we have noted each passing depth in the plunge of ignorance, bigotry and megalomania and wondered if surely we have reached the bottom.

And yet if we are honest we can truly only say that so very deep is the well of his ignorance and bigotry that should we not say it is bottomless?

Of course idiocy is not limited to American politicians. This week our resources minister, Matt Canavan, suggested that engineering firm Aurecon was “weak as piss” for cutting ties with the Adani mine project and that the energy sector should “shun and shame” the company.

Our prime minister also suggested to a room of public servants that people had lost trust in the public service because of the “perception that politics is very responsive to those at the top and those at the bottom, but not so much to those in the middle”.

Meanwhile, the chosen one said that Trump was a joke... or did I misunderstand the tweet?

they hate the USA? no... they hate trump's bottom...

WASHINGTON — President Trump said other world leaders are asking with why the American media is “rooting” for the country “to fail” Sunday, following reports that he was blindsided by the French inviting a top Iranian official to the G-7 summit.

“The question I was asked most today by fellow World Leaders, who think the USA is doing so well and is stronger than ever before, happens to be, ‘Mr. President, why does the American media hate your Country so much? Why are they rooting for it to fail?’” Trump wrote on Twitter.

The tweet comes after media reports portrayed Trump as looking flat-footed when French President Emmanuel Macron surprised G-7 attendees by inviting Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif to appear on the sidelines of the summit in Biarritz, France.

When Trump was asked by reporters about Zarif’s rumored attendance, he replied: “no comment.”

Marcon’s invitation followed a tense Saturday night dinner in which the leaders discussed Iran’s nuclear program and whether to include Russian President Vladimir Putin in future meetings.

Trump has taken a tough stand on Iran, pulling out of the 2015 Iran nuclear agreement, while floating that he believed Putin should be invited to rejoin the G-7, which Russia was pushed out of after annexing Crimea.

Note: The NYP and the rest of the Murdoch media is nearly the only mainstream media supporting Trump in the USA. So far Trump has not made an offer to buy Russia, like Greenland. Be prepared. He's working on it.

turning central europe into a future battlefield...

“THE ART OF WAR”

Under the « shield » of US nuclear weapons in Europe

by Manlio Dinucci

Since the US withdrawal from the INF Treaty, the Atlantic Alliance has redeployed its launchers and intermediate-range nuclear missiles. It has thus transformed Central and Western Europe - as well as the Pacific – into a battlefield.

The NATO missile site at Deveselu in Romania (photo), which is part of the US Aegis « defence missiles » system, has finished its « update », begun last April. NATO’s communique assures that it has added « no offensive capacity to the system », which remains « purely defensive, centred on potential threats from outside of the sur Euro-Atlantic region ».

The Deveselu is equipped (according to the official description) with 24 missiles, installed in vertical underground launchers, for the interception of short- and medium-range ballistic missiles. Another site, which is to become operational in 2020 at the Polish base in Redzikowo, will also be equipped with this system. Launchers of the same type are installed aboard four cruisers of the US Navy, which, deployed at the Spanish base of Rota, cruise in the Mediterranean, the Black Sea and the Baltic Sea. The very deployment of these launchers shows that the system is not directed against the « Iranian threat » (as the US and NATO claim), but mainly against Russia.

The fact that this so-called « shield » is not « purely defensive », is demonstrated by the very war industry which built it - Lockheed Martin. They document that the system is « designed to be installed for any missile in any launcher », and therefore adapted to « any mission of war », including « attacks on land-based targets ». Lockheed Martin specifies that the larger ramps are capable of launching « the largest missiles, like those intended for defence against ballistic missiles as well as those intended for long-distance attacks ». They therefore admit that the installations in Romania and Poland and the four warships of the Aegis system can be equipped not only with anti-missile missiles, but also with Tomahawk cruise missiles with nuclear warheads, capable of hitting objectives thousands of kilometres away.

As documented by the Congressional Research Service (24 July 2019), the four US warships which « operate in European waters to defend Europe from potential ballistic missile attacks », are part of a flotilla of 38 Aegis ships which, in 2024, will rise to 59.

In the fiscal year of 2020, 1.8 billion dollars were allocated to the enhancement of this system, including the sites in Romania and Poland. Other land-based and sea-based installations of the Aegis system will be deployed not only in Europe against Russia, but also in Asia and the Pacific against China. According to the plans, Japan will install, on its own territory, two missile sites furnished by the USA, and South Korea and Australia will also buy warships of the same system from the USA.

Furthermore, during the three months in which the Deveselu equipment was taken to the USA in order to be « updated », a battery of mobile Thaad missiles from the US land army was deployed in the Romanian site, with the capacity to « shoot down an extra-atmospheric ballistic missile », but also to launch long-range nuclear missiles.

Since the Aegis system was recalibrated – according to NATO communications – the Thaad system was « redeployed ». NATO did not specify where, but we do know that the US army has settled missile batteries from Israël to the island of Guam in the Pacific.

In the light of these facts, at the moment when the USA tore up the INF Treaty in order to install intermediate-range nuclear missiles at the borders of Russia and China, we will not surprised by the announcement – delivered in Moscow by Senator Viktor Bondarev, President of the Defence Commission – that Russia has based Tu-22M3 nuclear attack bombers in Crimea.

But almost no-one is looking into this, since, in the EU, all this information is hidden by the politico-mediatic apparatus.

Multilateralism and state equality: Sergey Lavrov presents the Russian vision of the international game.

Ahead of the UN General Assembly, the chief of Russian diplomacy discussed the broad lines of Moscow's international policy. He advocates multilateralism and denounces the "revisionism" of the West in terms of security.

A few days before the general debate of the 74th session of the UN Assembly, which will open on September 24 in New York, the head of the Russian diplomacy Sergey Lavrov published on September 20 on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a text outlining the main lines of Russia's international policy.

Recurrences of arrogant neocolonial approaches that give some countries the right to dictate their will to others are rejected by the absolute majority of members of the international community.

Western liberalism and sanctions

Drawing a historical record of the late twentieth century in international relations, the Russian minister says that attempts to adopt a unipolar model have so far failed. "The process of transforming the world order has become irreversible," he said.

"The recurrence of arrogant neocolonial approaches that give some countries the right to dictate their will to others is rejected by the absolute majority of members of the international community," Sergei Lavrov said.

In addition, according to Sergei Lavrov, Western rhetoric about "liberalism", "democracy" and "human rights" is accompanied by "approaches based on inequality, injustice and 'selfishness, the conviction of one's own exclusivity'.

As an example, the head of the Russian diplomacy notes that the West claims to place "the center" the individual, his rights and freedoms, while applying "the policy of sanctions, economic suffocation and open military threats to different independent countries - Cuba, Iran, Venezuela, North Korea, Syria."  But Sergei Lavrov notes that these sanctions "directly strike ordinary people, their well-being, infringe their socio-economic rights" .
