jones and jones...

jones and jones...

No, Jones is not an ordinary radio host. The founder of the Infowars website has been living in his own world for the last 20 years. It's a world of clear friends and clear foes, filled with intrigues and scandals, cover-ups and conspiracies. Jones is convinced that the global elites have formed an alliance against the United States to destroy the country. He disseminates this message five days a week on the Alex Jones Show, broadcast from Austin, Texas. His show is aired on more than 100 radio stations, and his website reaches millions of Americans.

He declared a United Nations report on climate change "got it wrong by almost 100 per cent", but shock jock Alan Jones was the one who blundered, Australia's media watchdog has found.

The Australian Communications and Media Authority on Friday found the 2GB host, described on the station's website as "a phenomenon" and "the nation's greatest orator and motivational speaker", breached commercial radio codes in 2013 by making inaccurate comments about the rate of global warming as reported by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.

Two different continents, one old Jones one new Jones, but two peas in a pod..

the new measurement unit: the jumbo jet...

In order to appear somewhat hip, the guy who speaks on behalf of the quango that measures Aussie kids physical activity and coordination said on midday TV ABC that there were enough underperforming Aussie kids to fill six hundred jumbo jets... Wow... The latest popular measurement unit I knew of was the Olympic size swimming pool or number of Sydney harbours. Whacko.

The bloke looked a bit nervous as he read his little script on the side...

But here you are, Aussie kids spend too much time watching little iScreens and the only exercise they get is thumbells and press buttons. I hope it's for a good reason, like reading yourdemocracy.net.au

jones, the man of flexible convictions...

A child custody lawsuit pits “America’s biggest conspiracy theorist” Alex Jones against ex-wife Kelly Jones, who is seeking payments from the Infowars founder for child support. Kelly claims her husband is “not a stable person,” but the man US President Donald Trump once praised as having an “amazing” reputation is simply “playing a character.”

That’s according to his attorney, who says the antics come with the territory for the “performance artist,” the Austin American-Statesman reported.

The duo have three children, ages nine, 12, and 14. Kelly already receives $43,000 per month from her ex-husband. The jurors “are not going to believe the amount of money that has been spent on this case,” the judge reportedly said. “It is not within the realm of experience of their lives."

revolting shock jock jones...

As families of the Sandy Hook victims continue to pressure NBC to ax Megyn Kelly’s Sunday interview with conspiracy theorist Alex Jones, the network has been holding crisis meetings about how to handle the backlash.

Insiders told us that staff were in panicked meetings all day on Monday. “It’s a s - - t show. No one wants to withstand a whole week of criticism over this. There are a number of people who want to pull the interview.”

But another source told us NBC needs the controversy to shake up their Sunday night and to bring new viewers. “No one expected sponsors to pull out, but this is why they hired Megyn. They expect to lose and gain viewers and they want the buzz.”

The interview has left many at the network scratching their heads, but NBC News chairman Andy Lack was overheard telling fellow journalists at Tuesday’s Mirror Awards that the interview will air.

“There’s been a lot of confusion, but as of now, they are not pulling the interview,” another insider said.

Kelly addressed the backlash on Tuesday. “I find Alex Jones’ suggestion that Sandy Hook was ‘a hoax’ as personally revolting as every other rational person does. It left me, and many other Americans, asking the very question that prompted this interview: How does Jones, who traffics in these outrageous conspiracy theories, have the respect of the president of the United States and a growing audience of millions?”
