I believe she thought the Libs could have released the rabbits earlier... Another economists tells us that this budget asks "for an act of faith"...

I suppose that the big earners that will be hit by the budget will find loopholes in the rabbit warrens as one would tunnel towards the Cayman Islands to deposit some cash.

It seems Oz Post CEO Ahmed Fahour might have found the perfect way to finally kill off the business. Paying millions to his executive team while laying off 900 postal workers who actually did something useful like, you know, delivering the post, was a good start.

But shaking down punters to collect packages that have already been paid for by the sender is the coup de grace.I think it's almost certainly illegal. Oz Post has no contract with the recipient of the package, you see. The contract to deliver, for which payment has been made, was with the sender.

Of course the usual culprits in the Western press have indulged in adding the Crimea Russian "grab" as a state sponsored terrorism while avoiding the fact that 95 per cent of this peninsula's population is RUSSIAN, and that the area had been "gifted" in good will to Ukraine by Russia about 60 years ago...

But the Russians are blaming the West for the spread of terror in the world. By this read the Russians are blaming US support terrorism by supporting the Saudis, who are fighting hard not to be involved in the 9/11 saga when 19 of the terrorists out of 21 came from Saudi Arabia. 

The release of a report on how global warming, via more CO2 in the atmosphere, has influenced a noticeable "greening of the planet" or "plant growth" in the last 30 decades is not surprising. These effects were actually predicted with reasonable precision by the "father" of the global warming science, Swedish scientist Svante Arrhenius (I often call him Sven for short). 

I believe the specs got changed between the Abbott request and the Turnbull decision. Considering the Abbott Minister of canoes could not get anything build in Australia, there must have been some new instructions on the spreadsheet: build in Australia or else. Only the French managed to get across the line. Their shipyards are expert in building big things including the two Queens for Cunard.
